The Lamberts Vitamin B-50 Complex is a vitamin B supplement. The B vitamins are a group of water-soluble nutrients with common characteristics.

Cautions

Taking the vitamin B complex can cause yellow to urine staining. This is harmless and indicates the elimination of excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin) from the body. Long-term intake of Vitamin B6 (100mg / day) can lead to lumps (numbness) in the extremities (receding with discontinuation of vitamin intake).
